Meet the team at SHDC!

Hayley Holt is the Owner and Director of Studio H Dance Company, which she founded in 2016. A passionate leader, Hayley is involved in every aspect of SHDC, from training and mentoring dancers to managing day-to-day operations. Her dedication has helped the studio grow into an award-winning program known for its supportive and disciplined environment.

Originally from Madison, AL, Hayley trained in dance for 15 years and was part of the Bob Jones High School Dance Team and the UDA All-Star Team. She has trained with top professionals like Paula Abdul, Chris Judd, and Mia Michaels, and has performed and competed nationwide.

Now living in Athens, AL with her husband Brandon and their two sons, Keaton and Madden, Hayley remains committed to developing not just strong dancers—but confident, hardworking individuals.

Chloe Holt is a dedicated dance teacher and choreographer from Madison, Alabama, with training in all genres since the age of two. She’s trained under top industry names like Phil Wright, Teddy Forance, Janelle Ginestra, and Travis Wall, and has danced with a respected hip-hop company in Los Angeles. Chloe’s career includes professional training in both LA and Nashville, signing with a talent agency, earning multiple scholarships, assisting choreographers on national dance conventions, and winning several choreography awards.

Outside the studio, Chloe is a proud wife to Grant, mom to Wrenlee, and dog mom to Piper and Winnie. She’s also a talented hairstylist and salon owner, bringing creativity to everything she does.

Aly lives in Ardmore, AL with her husband Adam, their daughter Alivia, and sons Andrew and Asher. Aly has been a proud dance mom since 2019 when Alivia first joined Studio H and officially joined the team as Office Manager in 2022. She keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and is always happy to help families feel welcome and informed.

Outside the studio, Aly enjoys reading and getting creative with an assortment of DIY projects and crafts. 

Miss Tessa is a dynamic and experienced dance teacher who has been immersed in the world of dance since the age of three. Trained in all styles—including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, and lyrical—she has developed a well-rounded and versatile foundation. Growing up, Miss Tessa competed across the country, earning numerous scholarships and accolades for her talent, dedication, and artistry.

She has had the privilege of working with professional choreographers, further refining her skills and deepening her passion for the art form. As a teacher, Miss Tessa is known for her creative vision and impactful choreography, which has earned her multiple choreography awards throughout her career. Her goal is to inspire the next generation of dancers with the same passion, discipline, and love for dance that shaped her journey.

Hi everyone! My name is Natalie and I’m so excited to be teaching at SHDC this season! I’ll be working with our Mini Rec classes and choreographing for the competition team.

I’ve been dancing for 10 years, and I was a proud member of the SHDC company for 9 of those years. During my time on the team, I had the honor of winning numerous awards, including Regional Miss KAR 2025, and attending some of the top competitions/conventions in the industry. I’ve also had the incredible opportunity to take class with world-renowned choreographers and dancers who have deeply inspired my journey.

I’m thrilled to now be on the teaching side and can’t wait to share my passion for dance with the students at SHDC!

With 17 years of competitive cheerleading experience, Mrs. Bre brings passion, precision, and energy to every tumbling class. From national competitions to elite training camps, she has mastered the art of performance and technique. Mrs. Bre specializes in building strong fundamentals, boosting confidence, and helping athletes safely progress their skills. Mrs. Bre makes learning new skills fun, safe, and exciting.

Originally from Madison, Alabama, Emma Winkles has been dancing since the age of 2. She grew up training and competing at national conventions, earning multiple scholarships and learning from some of the industry’s top choreographers. Emma now teaches at Studio H, where she shares her love of dance with the next generation and continues to grow as both a creative instructor. She’s proud to be part of the SHDC family and pours her heart into every student to crosses paths with! We are so excited to she is joining us for her 2nd year here at Studio H!

Karley Moore was a part of Studio H’s inaugural group of dancers in 2016. She has been in dance for 11 years, and has been an assistant teacher since 2019. She has been a part of SHDC’s company since she was eight years old.

Her adjudications include 2025 Studio H Dancer of the Year and 4th Runner up for KAR Teen Miss Dance. She has trained with many top dancers such as Britney Hall, Joy Spears, Tiffany Billings; a Radio City Rockette, and many others while on SHDC’s company. Karley is thrilled to continue sharing her love for dance with the younger dancers at Studio H!
