Meet Our Dance Faculty

Hayley Holt is the Owner and Creative Director of Studio H Dance Company, which she founded in 2016. As a passionate leader, Hayley is actively involved in every aspect of SHDC, from training and mentoring dancers to managing day-to-day operations alongside her team of skilled dance instructors. Her dedication has transformed the studio into an award-winning program recognized for its supportive and disciplined environment. Originally from Madison, AL, Hayley trained in dance for 15 years and was a member of the Bob Jones High School Dance Team and the UDA All-Star Team. She has had the privilege of training with top choreographers like Paula Abdul, Chris Judd, and Mia Michaels, and has performed and competed nationwide. Now living in Athens, AL with her husband Brandon and their two sons, Keaton and Madden, Hayley remains committed to developing not just strong dancers through effective dance training—but also confident, hardworking individuals.

Chloe Holt is a dedicated dance instructor and choreographer from Madison, Alabama, who has been immersed in dance training across all genres since the age of two. She has trained under top industry choreographers like Phil Wright, Teddy Forance, Janelle Ginestra, and Travis Wall, and has performed with a respected hip-hop company in Los Angeles. Chloe’s impressive career features professional dance training in both LA and Nashville, signing with a talent agency, earning multiple scholarships, assisting renowned choreographers at national dance conventions, and winning several choreography awards. Outside the studio, Chloe is a proud wife to Grant, a mom to Wrenlee, and a dog mom to Piper and Winnie. Additionally, she is a talented hairstylist and salon owner, showcasing her creativity in every endeavor.

Hi everyone! My name is Natalie and I’m so excited to be teaching at SHDC this season! I’ll be working with our Mini Rec classes and choreographing for the competition team. I’ve been dancing for 10 years, and I was a proud member of the SHDC company for 9 of those years. During my time on the team, I had the honor of winning numerous awards, including Regional Miss KAR 2025, and attending some of the top competitions and conventions in the dance training industry. I’ve also had the incredible opportunity to take classes with world-renowned choreographers and dance instructors who have deeply inspired my journey. I’m thrilled to now be on the teaching side and can’t wait to share my passion for dance with the students at SHDC!

With 15 years of training and 4 years of teaching experience, Erin is a passionate and versatile dance educator dedicated to helping dancers grow both technically and artistically. She has trained extensively in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, and pointe, and her experience training with multiple instructors across the country has given her a well-rounded approach to dance education.

Erin has taught dancers of all ages and levels, from recreational classes to competitive teams, and enjoys teaching a variety of styles. She is especially passionate about choreography and loves creating routines that build confidence, artistry, strong technique, and a love for performance. Her goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where every dancer feels challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Growing up, acrobatics was one of Lindsay’s greatest passions, and she is thrilled to return to the dance world as an Acrobatics Instructor. She is passionate about creating a fun, positive environment where dancers can safely build strong fundamentals, develop proper technique, and feel encouraged every step of the way. Lindsay began gymnastics at just 2 years old, where she trained for several years before continuing her acrobatics training throughout her 11 years of dance. She later spent six years in competitive cheerleading, earning the titles of State Champion, Regional Champion, National Runner-Up, and All-American Cheerleader. She is also certified through Flipping Dance Acrobatics. Born and raised in Madison, Alabama, Lindsay is excited to be part of the studio family and looks forward to helping each dancer build confidence, reach their goals, and discover a love for acrobatics.

Karley Moore was part of Studio H’s inaugural group of dancers in 2016. With 11 years of experience in dance, she has also served as an assistant teacher since 2019. Karley joined SHDC’s company at the age of eight and has had the privilege of training with top choreographers and dance instructors, including Britney Hall, Joy Spears, and Tiffany Billings, a Radio City Rockette. Her accolades include being named the 2025 Studio H Dancer of the Year and securing 4th Runner Up for KAR Teen Miss Dance. Karley is excited to continue sharing her love for dance and the benefits of quality dance training with the younger dancers at Studio H!
